I love the locking feature on the buckle. It's also hard to find gags that are both high quality and not made of leather (sorry, vegetarian), but this is! Very sturdy silicone straps. Since it's made of silicone, it's also easy to clean. The ball is rather small, I can fit the entire thing in my mouth and close it. It's a bit of a personal preference, but I like larger ball gags.
