The rings cause uniform and overwhelming sensitivity all the way around, twisting, pulling, crushing, etc. in any direction. Yes, I have enormous nipples and areolas, largely from this form of stimulation. If you are deliriously incapacitated by someone twisting your nipples, you seriously need to get into elastration.
